As a Certified Highlands Ability Consultant and founder of True Compass, I help high school students, college students, and adults discover careers that fit who they are—not just what they’re good at. Using the Highlands Ability Battery along with personality, interests, values, and career goals, I help clients identify careers where they are most likely to thrive and feel fulfilled.

Whether you’re choosing a college major, considering a career change, or simply trying to gain clarity about your future, my goal is to help you move forward with confidence and a clear direction.

Experience

Before founding True Compass, I spent more than 20 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with children, teens, and families in schools and clinical settings. That experience taught me that every person learns differently, has unique strengths, and deserves a path that reflects who they truly are.

Since becoming a Highlands consultant, I’ve helped hundreds of students and adults gain confidence, discover meaningful career options, and make informed decisions about their future.
