If so, you’re not alone. It’s a question we hear often, and one that we’ve been eager to explore. As the gold standard among human assessments, the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) has been in use for decades, making for a rich data pool from which to draw.
That’s why we are excited to announce a new series of white papers based on original, statistical research called Natural Abilities and Careers.
Our first paper in this series focuses on architects and engineers. We looked at how their Personal Style, Problem Solving, and Spatial Reasoning abilities stacked up compared to test takers in five other career areas.
We don’t want to give anything away—you need to read the white paper to get the full story!—but we can say that the results were fascinating.
