I help students and young professionals decide on college major, graduate school, and ideal career based on a variety of factors, including their natural abilities, personality, values, and interests. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals who had chosen a path only to realize that it did not leverage their abilities, strengths, or core values leading ultimately to a lack of fulfillment and achievement. I have a passion for working with students and young professionals to determine potential career paths and then equally important to implement a concrete plan of action to achieve their career goals.
I currently work with companies on effective communication and team effectiveness as well as with individuals as they develop their careers. My work on the corporate side has provided great insight as I help students and professionals navigate their career development. Prior to launching The Trusted Coach, I served as the Assistant Dean of the Center for Professional Development at the Seattle University School of Law. I have traveled extensively through Asia and speak Mandarin Chinese fluently.
