:Discovery. Imagination. Hope. Trust. Development. Character. Optimism. These are qualities I delight in. My professional work is informed out of my rich experiences as a mentor, psychologist, entrepreneur, professor, public speaker, educational researcher, and parent.
My professional goal is to inspire people to learn about themselves and methods for transforming. I enjoy providing guidance on academic needs, career match, and career transistions.
I have served on the adjunct faculty for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Loyola University, and Villa Julie College, teaching courses in psychology, research, and counseling topics.
I mentor students and adults privately and lead workshops for students, parents, and educators.
A thumbnail description of my approach is that I help people gain personal insight while developing clarity of purpose and setting acheiveable goals for the purpose of maintain the direction they have chosen for themselves.

:My 27 years of experience includes working with students (high school, college, graduate students) in mid-career adults by mentoring, assessment, and guidance.
My experiences in mental health services allows me to be sensitive to the dreams and hopes of my clients in the context of their challenges.
