:Sarah Brino specializes in guiding individuals through significant life and career transitions. She works with students preparing for the next step, adults exploring new professional directions, and those experiencing burnout or uncertainty about their future. With a strengths-based and values-driven approach, she helps clients clarify goals, build confidence, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.
In addition to supporting people individually, Sarah collaborates with organizations and businesses to help groups and leaders improve communication, strengthen team effectiveness, and create healthier workplace dynamics.
Experience
:For almost 20 years, Sarah has spent her career in the human services sector, working across multiple settings, including nonprofit organizations and her own private practice. Sarah is a licensed professional counselor and in private practice, works with adults managing major life transitions, grief and trauma. Her approach integrates stabilizing skills and nervous system regulation (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy) alongside deeper work through Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.
Concurrent to her private practice, between 2010-2025, she worked for Climb Wyoming, a nationally recognized nonprofit career training program, where she supported individuals and families navigating workforce entry and advancement. She also served on the Leadership Team as Statewide Director of Programs, supervising six sites and teams across the state of Wyoming. In this role, she ensured program integrity, supported staff development, and strengthened team functionality.
Now solely in private practice, she integrates her clinical expertise and leadership background to support clients and organizations seeking clarity, resilience, and direction during times of transition.
