Ray works with students and young adults to align their purpose, their passions, and their paycheck to achieve financial freedom while realizing greater professional and personal satisfaction. He took the Highlands Ability Battery and leveraged his findings to successfully complete a 30-year career as a Vice President of Sales. Ray found his Highlands experience so rewarding that he became a Highlands Certified Consultant as well as a Certified Career Development Specialist and earned an MS in Personal Finance to prepare for his “encore career”. Ray believes it is time to share his career expertise and personal financial insights with the next generation of leaders.

Ray led many important initiatives during his career involving sales and operations, seamlessly engaging with a range of people from the front-line employees to top executives.
