Experience

After a successful 30 year, sales/marketing career with AT&T, I found myself at a crossroads propelled by significant life losses. With divine help, I embraced a journey of self-awareness that lit my path, resulting in the birth of my encore career, Cross Rhodes Consulting. I’ve witnessed the power of self-awareness. It is the key to unlocking passion, potential and power to move forward purposefully. I’ve walked this journey myself and relish the opportunity to pay if forward by helping light the way for others. This vocation aligns with who I am at the core and feels like what I was put on earth to do. Experience has been a great teacher. Consider me a catalyst.
