As a Career Consultant and Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with students and adults interested in attaining greater career satisfaction through effective career management and planning.

Career Coaching/Counseling – for individuals who may be employed, but need assistance in dealing with challenges in the workplace.
Before transitioning to the field of career management in 1998, I spent 20 years in operations and human resources management for Fortune 500 companies where I led and managed teams of people in Production Control, Operations, Recruiting, Employee Relations and Performance Management.
Education and Certifications:
I received a B.S. degree from Ohio State University; a Master´s in Human Resources Development as well as a Master´s in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. In addition to being certified in the Highlands Ability Battery in 1999, I´m certified in other career assessment tools.
