The process of making educational, career and life choices is one of the most difficult experiences a person can face. Everyone wants meaningful, fulfilling and satisfying lives and careers. My goals are: • to work with each individual to help develop an understanding of his or her unique strengths through the Highlands Ability Battery • to help each individual articulate and use those talents to achieve educational, career and life goals • to train Professionals to help their clients use their own natural abilities for the process of finding meaningful, satisfying and fulfilling lives and careers.
My experience includes over 25 years of personnel, training and program coordination in government, non-profit organizations, and business. As one of the first Highlands employees, I have more than 20 years of experience in administration, scoring , giving feedback, leading programs, and training of the Highlands Ability Battery.
