:The process of making educational, career and life choices is one of the most difficult experiences a person can face. Everyone wants meaningful, fulfilling and satisfying lives and careers. My goals are:
• to work with each individual to help develop an understanding of his or her unique strengths through the Highlands Ability Battery
• to help each individual articulate and use those talents to achieve educational, career and life goals
• to train Professionals to help their clients use their own natural abilities for the process of finding meaningful, satisfying and fulfilling lives and careers.
Experience
:My experience includes over 25 years of personnel, training and program coordination in government, non-profit organizations, and business. As one of the first Highlands employees, I have more than 20 years of experience in administration, scoring , giving feedback, leading programs, and training of the Highlands Ability Battery.
