Focus

:

As an HAB consultant, it is my great joy to help people understand themselves well, so they can contribute optimally in college and through their work, their leadership, and in their civic engagement. My clients include high school students considering colleges and majors, as well as people in all stages of their careers, or re-entering the work force after a season away. Through intentional dialogue, I help clients to recognize patterns and passions in their lives, and match these to their natural abilities measured by the HAB. Results may mean anything from a small shift in responsibility to a major move. My clients come away with a much fuller understanding of themselves and others, and with a tool that they can access for their lifetime.

Clients Served:  Highschool Juniors and Seniors, College Students, Adults, Leaders, and Teams

Experience

:

For nine years, I served as director of The Fellows at The Falls Church Anglican – a post graduate leadership and formation program. While I was director, 116 fellows received the Highlands Ability Battery. It was during this time, that I developed a keen appreciation for how the HAB helps people understand how they are wired to make a difference in the world through their career, through their studies, and in their un-paid work. I also served for 10 years in the Fellows Initiative movement, which resulted in the establishment of fellows programs across the country.

Education and Certifications

:

I’m privileged to serve on the board and executive committee of The Fellows at TFC Anglican, and I volunteer in several capacities in my community. I live and work in Arlington, VA, where my husband and I raised three children.
