Levelless has opened its doors to help individuals uncover their authentic vision, mission, and purpose, enabling them to achieve a fulfilling life and career. During the pandemic, we launched LEVELLESS® Career and Professional Development Institute where we empower individuals to recognize their worth, advocate for themselves, define success, design a strategy to succeed without level and on their own terms. Over 865,000 individuals left the workforce in 2020, highlighting the need for such support.

Experience

I bring over 35 years of Human Resources leadership, and consultation experience, seven (7) years in academia, and over 20 years in coaching, consulting, and professional development training. I am also honored to have received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for my community service through volunteering.
