Experience

I began college and my early career days with uncertainty. I bounced from major to major, job to job, not knowing where I fit in the world. That’s when I discovered the Highlands Ability Battery. My personal career coaching experience motivated me to start Thrive Consulting.

I discovered that my sweet spot was in leadership, so I quickly rose through the ranks of several non-profit organizations to the point of leading multiple state offices before I was 35 years old. My experience has led me to help young professionals discover their best career path and find a job you can love!
