I am a professional and career coach and most of my clients are at a point of transition in some aspect of their lives. Work and career concerns are a major part of my coaching practice. I use the Highlands Ability Battery to assist my clients to discover more about themselves and to determine the work and career path that is best suited to them. I stress the need to integrate a career choice with other aspects of my client´s life – their interests, values, personal style, social and family responsibilities, and available resources for directing their career in a chosen direction.
I have more than thirty years of experience working in Counseling, Career Development, Human Resources and Training. I have been a management consultant for more than twenty years specializing in employee selection, promotional testing and management skills assessment and training. I have worked in both private and public sector organizations in a wide variety of settings. I began my coaching practice in 2003.
