Kim has added to her HR toolbelt the Highlands Ability Battery Career Consultant Certification.  This certification will be useful in her current HR role to support leadership and career growth.  Kim will also utilize the Highlands Ability Battery to support individuals looking to identify natural abilities for next step decisions in education and career.

Experience

Kim inquired about Highlands Ability Battery when her son was undecided what his next step would be after graduating high school.  After her son completed the assessment and consultant debrief, it led him to make that next decision to apply to college and study business.  He is now on a path that he feels confident he can achieve and has gained self-awareness to guide him down the higher education path.

Kim desires to be a part of enhancing people’s lives by sharing with them their natural abilities and helping them gain self-awareness.  She hopes to help people become more mindful when looking to make those critical next steps, in career, education, and understanding of self and others.

Education and Certifications

Kim Jones is a highly accomplished SHRM Certified Human Resources professional with a  Masters degree in Human Resources Management.  Kim has expertise leading HR globally from large Fortune 100 companies to the small business sector. Kim’s HR experience spans many business verticals to include manufacturing, call centers, technology, real estate/commercial contracting, mining, and engineering.
