Experience

Ever feel like you’re in the wrong lane? I’ve been there – more times than I’d like to admit! For years, I bounced around in accounting, a path that never quite felt like “me”. The work itself wasn’t inherently bad, just unfulfilling. It wasn’t until a friend suggested an abilities assessment that things finally clicked. It was a game-changer, revealing strengths I hadn’t fully recognized and pointing me toward roles that were a much better fit.

That discovery led me on a fascinating career adventure, from leading technology consulting teams to co-founding and running my own data and analytics practice. Along the way, I found myself naturally guiding friends, family, and colleagues through their own career crossroads. Witnessing their “aha!” moments sparked a passion in me to do this work full-time.
