Focus
:I have been a Highlands affiliate for twenty years. I have worked with students, adults in career transition, and small and large companies. My focus is on establishing purpose and meaning in my clients’ lives. We do this by an understanding of how their natural abilities are connected to what they have accomplished and to what they love to do. This process always leads to a sense of direction in life and stops wasted or ill-advised efforts in the wrong direction.
Experience
:I was certified as a Highlands Affiliate in 1996. I have integrated Highlands with my training as a psychologist to help hundreds of students and adults develop meaning and purpose in college, careers, and the workplace.
