I enjoy working with adults in career transition and organizations seeking to strengthen individuals, teams and leadership capacity. I also support students in the process of selecting a major course of study and potential career path. By combining decades of experience as a counselor, facilitator, speaker, author and coach, I customize my approach to meet identified needs of each individual client. I am a huge advocate of the Highlands Whole Person Methodology, as a powerful tool for helping people help themselves throughout the course of their lives.
A Highlands affiliate since 1998, I have provided hundreds of feedbacks and facilitated a plethora of customized corporate and leadership programs in a variety of venues. Team building and facilitation are my forte.
