Lola brings over 12 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, and career counseling. As the lead coach and founder of Growth Focused Coaching LLC, she has supported professionals, emerging leaders, and students in identifying their strengths, setting actionable goals, and achieving career clarity.

She is currently serving as the career coach for international graduate students at the University of North Texas College of Business, where she helps students excel in their professional development and career journey.
Lola actively volunteers as a coach for women at crossroads, young adults transitioning out of foster care, and veterans seeking new career paths.
