Esther works with a wide range of clients, from students and graduates at the start of their career path, to leaders and executives who need help to discover strengths, values and passions to unlock potential.

Esther helps you get clear on the way forward. She specializes in leadership development, strategic life planning and coaching leaders to shine professionally and personally. Working with Esther, seasoned executives and emerging student leaders raise their level of awareness and clarity, learn to leverage their “super powers” and design action plans to make intentional decisions about how to optimize their influence and results.

Experience

Over the past 2 decades, Esther has taught and served in management and governance roles in local and international educational institutions, at the primary and tertiary levels. With a background in education and leadership, Esther’s frames her coaching around a growth mindset that is strengths-based, process-focused and results driven as she partners with clients to develop personalized sustainable strategies and action plans for genuine positive change. She partners with students, parents and leaders to find their unique path of integrating the demands of school / organizational success and personal purpose and values, to bring out the best in themselves and others.
