Ed Rowell, PCC
I guide successful people to reinvent themselves in ways that lead to a deep sense of significance.
Ed works with privately-owned companies, developing leaders and creating the structures that lead to organizational health. In that context, Ed’s helped accelerate the development of numerous emerging leaders through training and executive coaching. His sweet spot is in guiding successful business owners and senior leaders to release their primary career by envisioning a significant next chapter–what we call a Second Rodeo. We aim for the intersection of personal passion, natural abilities/skills, and societal needs.
Ed first began learning the art and science of leadership during a stint in the Air Force, followed by almost 30 years of senior leadership roles in non-profit contexts. Along the way, Ed worked with and was mentored by John C. Maxwell, one of the most influential contemporary thought leaders on leadership. He spent five years as a leadership and organizational development consultant with FMI Corp., working with some of the most significant construction and engineering firms in the country.
Ed is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. He also serves as an instructor and mentor coach with Flow Coaching Institute in Toronto, ON, utilizing the principles of positive psychology, neuroscience, somatic methods, and the adaptation of creative therapy tools and strategies to equip the next generation of coaches.
