Dori Stiles, Ph.D.
I specialize in individual and organizational development for students, recent graduates, professionals, leaders, executives and teams – especially those in transition. The four key elements to my approach are awareness, clarity, action and accountability. These elements create shifts from being stuck to taking focused action. In addition to direct client contact, I provide consulting for designing professional development programs.
As the Director of Training, Research and Development for The Highlands Company, I am fortunate to train and work with like-minded colleagues. I have been a part of this community for over 20 years.
My 30 years of experience includes working with students (high school, college, graduate students) including 15 years with UGA’s College of Veterinary Medicine and the Terry Business School’s Institute for Leadership Development, the Georgia School Superintendents Association, and private businesses such as IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Manheim Automotive and Kaiser Permenante.
