Focus
:I am passionate about my work in supporting both leaders and students in improved decision-making for their careers and lives. With an ever-more complex global economy, and reductions in support for education, it gives me great joy to support clients’ optimum alignment with the necessary training, coursework, and behavioral experiences that can ensure their success, no matter their age. The Highlands reports, including the wonderful new “Highlands Leadership Report” and “Career Exploration Supplement for Adults and Students” receive rave reviews from my clients for the clarity their reports provide. I’m proud to see the joy on students’ faces as they learn in our review sessions how to make every course choice count toward a meaningful career aligned with their strengths. Sophisticated adult leader clients are equally happy to note that they have great options for learning and advancement in their dramatically changing workplaces as they face career and development decisions. The competency-building resource units in my Skill Kit for Leaders: “Real-Time” Resources for Leadership Development program offers a great deal of support for what they discover. Access to the 42 leadership competency units, which align with and support the HAB results, is included in all of my coaching packages.
