Focus
:Coaching Philosophy
I facilitate growth by working with you to identify your strengths and passions, reduce interference and distractions, and clarify a path forward. I’m a “Swiss Army Knife” of skills, aptitudes, experience, and passion. I like to be real, go deep, and add value that enables you to flourish.
As a coach and educator, I leverage exceptional communication, creative-thinking and problem-solving skills, with high-grade emotional intelligence to your benefit and the results are as rewarding for me as they are effective for you.
“My mission is to help you fulfill yours.”
Experience
:“Transition” isn’t just a buzz word for me. It’s unavoidable in life and I have experienced it to a CRAZY degree. I’ve “nailed it” and “failed it” enough times to bring value to your experience. My varied experience is part of what makes me effective in transition coaching.
