As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Career Counselor and Consultant for over 15 years, I have guided hundreds of clients toward a better career and more meaningful work. I love using the Highlands Ability Battery, along with interest and personality inventories, to assess strengths and help people identify and understand their natural talents and abilities. I enjoy inspiring growth and potential through increased self-understanding which allows people to make choices about work and education that are a better fit. My services include career exploration, job search strategy, resume development, presentation skills and team career development.
Since 1998 as a Certified Highlands Affiliate, I have been privileged to provide individual and group feedback conferences for hundreds of students, adults, and corporate clients from companies such as IBM, Bell South, and Coca Cola.
