:As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Career Counselor and Consultant for over 20 years, I have guided hundreds of clients toward a better career and more meaningful work. I love using the Highlands Ability Battery, along with interest and personality inventories, to assess strengths and help people identify and understand their natural talents and abilities. I enjoy inspiring growth and potential through increased self-understanding. This allows for making choices about work and education that are a better fit. My services include career exploration using a variety of assessment tools.

:Since 1998 as a Certified Highlands Affiliate, I have been privileged to provide individual and group feedback conferences for hundreds of students, adults, and corporate clients. My work experience includes business consulting, non profit career centers, career transition companies and private practice.
