At Malakite Coaching & Education Consulting, I specialize in empowering teens and young adults by helping them discover and align with their natural abilities. As a Certified Highlands Consultant, I use the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) as the cornerstone of my personalized coaching approach—providing students and families with clarity, direction, and confidence in academic and career decisions.

Experience

My background as an engineer brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to the coaching relationship. I integrate the HAB with College Counseling, Life Coaching, Executive Function Coaching, Academic Success Coaching, and Tiny Habits to create customized strategies that honor each student’s strengths, goals, and learning styles.

Through in-depth interpretation of HAB results, I guide students in understanding their innate abilities, how they learn best, and how to make decisions that align with who they are. Whether they’re exploring majors, selecting colleges, writing essays, or building daily habits for academic success, I help students make intentional choices with confidence.

When students understand themselves deeply, they make more intentional choices, build resilience, and align their efforts with their natural strengths. This foundation supports both academic performance and personal growth.
