Anne is an experienced executive coach for legal professionals. Her areas of expertise include career development and transition, leadership, business development and work/life balance.
Anne has been using the Highlands Ability Battery as a foundation for coaching many of her clients for over 15 years. Anne combines her deep understanding of the assessment with her coaching skills and legal and business experience to help clients gain clarity about their abilities and how they impact their career and life.
A former practicing attorney, business owner and executive, Anne has over 28 years of experience as a consultant and coach to the legal profession. She works with individuals and groups assisting them with achieving their career and life goals. She has also created, chaired and presented dozens of programs on attorney career development topics for associations, law firms and corporations, and written articles on lawyer career-related topics that have appeared in a number of local and national publications.
