She started Career Solutions, Inc. in 1995, after 200+ hours of training by The Highlands Company and has coached over a thousand clients using the Highlands Ability Battery as a core element in the career development process.

:Ann brings a wide background in general counseling and positive psychology to her practice, believing that identifying and building on strengths is fundamental to success in work, education, and life as a whole. She uses a “wholistic” approach, taking into account all the areas that influence a person’s satisfaction in life, which aligns with Highlands’ “Whole Person” methodology.
