The Highlands Company has in place a multi-session training program designed to educate and certify Affiliates to administer and interpret the Highlands Ability Battery and to conduct individual and group feedback.
Highlands invites candidates who wish to be trained to submit an application setting forth their educational and professional qualifications. Get application here.
Training is conducted by telephone among groups of 5-8 applicants. Each training cycle consists of eight two-hour sessions. For more information click here
