The Highlands Ability Battery in Personal and Professional Development
The Program begins with the Highlands Ability Battery, a state-of-the-art assessment of human abilities. By means of a three-hour battery of online tests, a comprehensive thirty-page report, and a two-hour personalized feedback conference, participants in the Professional Development Program gain a clear understanding of how they solve problems best, how they take in and communicate new information, and what work environments suit them best.
The Highlands Personal and Professional Development Program has been used by such Fortune 500 companies as GSK, IBM, JPMorganChase, Cingular, Cisco and Bell South. At GSK, groups of 15-18 employees go through the Program every month. The GSK Programs are lead by a Highlands Affiliate-Facilitator trained to build employee self-awareness and to clarify life and career objectives.
